Cardio & Strength

Watched a couple episode of TV while doing vigorous cardio (grapevine with high knees and arm movements at each end, up and back step movements, pseudo jogging in place with shadow boxing, wall pushups, walking quickly around this floor and up the stairs to the next and back down during commercials, etc.

Unequivocally the best cardio workout I've done since I weighed 540 and had a personal trainer this last summer.

Ended the workout by lifting 20 pound dumbell (bicep, tricep) for a few sets
