Cardio

Last night I did what I always have talked about doing, put on something to watch and worked out through its entirety.

I put an episode of House on and did the vigorous aerobic style moves that my sister did with me the other day (grapevine with raised knees at each side and arm movements, front to back steps with kicks, shuffling in place with shadow boxing) It was great. 45 minutes non-stop. Best workout I've had in 6 months, and I did it all by myself at home. Excellent!

  1. Way to go on doing it on your own and 45 mins that's great I'm always wanting to sit my butt down after about 20 lol. Keep up the great work.
